Barr. Chiedu Nweke

Chiedu Nweke has a lot of experience in real estate in Nigeria particularly in the hydraulic sand filling and large reclamation of swampland for real estate development. He conceived and founded Orange Island, and Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate, Lekki Phase I, in Lagos. He was also involved in the sand filling of Lakowe Lakes, Adiva Estate, and Townville in Lagos for ARM Properties Limited. He was involved in the reclamation and sand filling of Agbowa Timber Village, Ikorodu, Lagos. He is a Lawyer and a Senior Member of the Lagos Bar Association. He holds an LLB from the University of Nigeria and LLM from Lagos State University.

Mr Tunde Olatunji

Tunde Olatunji, a determined, focused and driven professional with extensive experience in Research, Business Planning, Negotiating, Corporate Financing, Banking and Real Estate Investment & Development across the United Kingdom, Ghana and Nigeria. 2018 he was the co-founder and managing partner of LegendVille construction & Development before rejoining Deluxe Residences Limited as Head, Business Intelligence. Tunde does not believe in doing things in half measures, but rather, going all out to accomplish them.

He holds an MBA in Management Consultancy from Wales University, UK, MSc in Hydrology/Hydrogeology and B.Sc Civil Engineering from Cairo University, Egypt He is a registered member of COREN & International Management Academy. He is an Egyptian and a Nigerian Citizen and has worked in West Africa for over 27 years, during which he participated and was involved in several key projects.

Buchi Emefiene is a B.LS degree holder in Library & Information Science (Education), who graduated with a 2.1 from the University of Delta State, Abraka. A well focused, determined & resilient professional with a vast experience in dealer support management, customer relationship management, human resources, sales & marketing. Having acquired 7 years in real estate research, development, investment & advisor in Periwinkle Residences Limited, she is currently the Project Manager of the Eko Atlantic City projects for Periwinkle Condos Limited.

Miss Jennifer Kaja

Jennifer Kaja’s core competence is Corporate and Commercial Law. She graduated with a first class from University of Wales in 2013. She obtained an HSK certificate in basic Mandarin which she studied in Hongkong and has worked with notable law firms where she advised clients on various legal matters and transactions ranging from joint venture transactions, public-private partnerships, regulatory compliance issues, company restructuring, company secretarial activities, drafting and reviewing of contracts and commercial agreements.
